Here are some guidelines from Margara Shaw that you should consider before placing your order.
MARGARA SHAW reserves the right without prior notice to make modifications to the conditions governing the Website and its products, understanding such modifications as adding, deleting and/or changing articles, prices and other conditions related to the merchandise on display.
Customers who make purchases will be automatically registered in the database and authorize MARGARA SHAW to use their data to send advertising about products, offers, promotions and news.

To make purchases on the Internet the customer must take into account certain particularities:
MARGARA SHAW is characterized by offering exclusive and quality garments. For this reason some of the items presented may be available in limited quantities or only for short periods of time. The display of a product on the website is not always a guarantee that the product is currently in stock or that it will be available again. If you have any questions about the availability of an item, please contact us in the "contact" section.
Products and offers offered on the Website may not be available in store and vice versa.
MARGARA SHAW cannot guarantee the correct display of color, texture or detail of its products since there are factors such as monitor resolution, cell phone type and others that may alter the way you see your product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase through the web you can exchange it in our store.
Delivery times provided on the Website are approximate.
The prices shown on this website may be expressed in Uruguayan Pesos or in US Dollars. For all purposes, the purchase will be confirmed in Uruguayan Pesos at the exchange rate in effect at the time of purchase.
The accepted means of payment are the following:
SIEMPRE PAGO , MERCADO PAGO, BANK TRANSFER (Santander and Itaú).

The deadline for changes will be 30 days from the date of purchase.
To make the change make sure that the items are in perfect condition, with their original tags and remember to attach the invoice or exchange ticket you received with the purchase.
The products purchased via web can be exchanged by the same way or in our store.
In case the exchange is made by mail, please send the package to the following address:

In case you wish to make the exchange in our store, we open from Monday to Friday from 10am to 7pm and Saturday from 11am to 7pm.
Exchanges can be made for any product that is available in the store.
Exchanges will be taken at the price in effect on the date the purchase was made, without subtracting discounts for promotions at that time.
Product exchanges may be made under the same conditions of prices, promotions or discounts.
OUTLET garments cannot be exchanged.
In case sale items , the change will be taken at the price the customer paid, the price shown on the receipt. In case it is a gift and the customer presents an exchange ticket, the price that was paid will be verified in the system.
If you wish to make a claim, you have 48 hours from the reception of your purchase to do it. To do so, send us an e-mail to email@example.com indicating your name and order number and the reason for the claim. After we receive it, we will contact you to coordinate the solution of the claim.
In case of cancellation of your purchase, the refund will be made with the same payment method used in the purchase. The shipping cost in this case will be paid by the customer, except in the case of an exchange due to a damagedt garment.
You can choose to receive your order at home or pick it up at our store at Carlos F. Sáez 6524.
Deliveries in Montevideo are made from 10 am to 6 pm on working days.
Deliveries in the resto f the country are made by DAC Agency (home delivery or pick up at the agency).
The delivery time for orders both in Montevideo and in the rest of Uruguay is between 3 and 5 working days.
No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Orders placed on these days will be shipped on the first following business day.
All shipments are free of charge for purchases over $ 2,500.- The shipping within Montevideo for purchases under $ 2,500.- is $ 170.-, The shipping to the resto of the country (home or pick up at DAC agency) for amounts less than $ 2,500.- is $ 230.-.
For deliveries abroad you can request a shipping fee by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Charges for customs duties or other taxes outside Uruguayan territory will be the responsibility of the customer and such charges will be applied at the delivery time.
In case the estimated delivery time is exceeded and you have not received your order, please contact us at email@example.com.
Gift orders may be shipped gift wrapped. At the end of the purchase, you will see the summary of your purchase. On this screen you must click "THIS PURCHASE IS A GIFT".
You will be able to track your orders through your user.
